Agreements, production, custody, teams and financial records.
Connected hardware
Gold lots, Smartbox identities and seals, kept together.
Satellite intelligence
Dated observations and terrain context for field review.
01 · Agreements and production
From agreement to production.
Keep the agreement beside the daily production record, so a confirmed shift can be traced back to its terms and forward to a gold lot.
- Review the agreement, its entitlement and recoupment position.
- Record the shift against the mine and agreement, then confirm the production report.
- Create the entitlement lot from the confirmed report and carry its reference into custody.
Record the work against its agreement.
Confirm the report and its entitlement.
Carry the source reference into custody.
02 · Custody and movement
Follow the lot and its handovers.
Keep the gold lot, its Smartbox and seal, and its assay information linked as the records move towards a sale or an export shipment.
- Assign an eligible lot to an active Smartbox and record the seal serial.
- Confirm the assay and purity with references back to the production report, lot and box.
- Follow a sale into settlement, or assemble the export invoice, packing list, assay certificate, certificate of origin and export declaration.

- Smartbox
- SB-DEMO-01
- Seal serial
- SEAL-DEMO-01
03 · Finance and reporting
Follow the money into the books.
Connect gold sales and operating expenses with bank records, ledger entries and management reports.
- Record a wire payment against a gold-sale receivable, or classify an imported bank transaction.
- Review the account, currency and exchange rate, then post to the OHADA chart of accounts.
- Follow supplier balances, working capital, capital expenditure, payroll costs and monthly results through group reporting in XOF and USD.
04 · People and documents
Coordinate people, tasks and documents.
Keep the conversation, the task and the supporting file close to the work, with access set for each person’s role.
- Assign tasks, share task cards in chat, send voice notes and place audio or video calls across desktop and mobile.
- Organise project files by folder and audience, with non-disclosure agreement and one-time passcode access checks.
- Set module permissions, provide read-only access where needed and follow recorded changes in the event history.
05 · Site intelligence
Understand activity on the ground.
Review dated Sentinel-1 radar changes within a selected outline. Bring optical and drainage context alongside the prepared history to identify areas for field inspection.
- Start with the permit and dated baseline, then compare observations across the area.
- Inspect separate areas of disturbance and possible directional patterns to focus the next field visit.
- The proposed review interface and field-task handoff are in development. The demonstration’s ground changes, dates and alignment are illustrative; fieldwork establishes what happened.

Permit context → Field question
See where to look next.
Compare observations across the area. Review each change in context, then take the question to the field.

Connect the work on site.
We are developing ways to bring machine hours and fuel records alongside recorded gold output, so teams can review operating activity together.
- Equipment records: bring operating hours, fuel use and production into one review.
- Portable field office: a workstation concept brings site intelligence and operating records together for teams working away from the office.
- Equipment telemetry, fuel-to-gold reconciliation and the field-office connectivity approach are in development.
06 · Evidence verification · In development
Check the approved record.
The verification layer being developed gives buyers and auditors a way to inspect an approved evidence snapshot and its published correction or dispute history.
- Operations and evidence review approve the same private snapshot using separate keys.
- Planned Chainlink CRE delivery carries the fingerprint and minimal metadata to Blockdor’s evidence registry.
- A buyer opens the checkpoint from the paperwork. An auditor compares the supplied files. A QR link identifies the checkpoint; checking the files is a separate step.
