Product demonstrations

See the system in action.

From shift report to gold lot.

Record the shift. Create the lot. Keep the records connected.

Result: the Production Log source report for Demo Mine, 500 g gross and 56.25 g owed with a View action, above the linked lot LOT-DEMO-01 in the Lot Ledger, 56.25 g, purity awaiting assay, status Available.

Read the sequence
  1. Record the shift. A day-shift report for Demo Mine records 500 g gross. The deal fills the 11.25% NSR rate and the entitlement resolves to 56.25 g.
  2. Confirm production. Saving the confirmed report adds one row — 500 g gross, 56.25 g owed — with Create lot as the next step.
  3. Create the lot. Create Lot opens on that report with a generated, read-only lot code. The lot carries 56.25 g; purity awaits assay. Production totals do not change.
  4. Open the linked record. The report’s action becomes View, which opens LOT-DEMO-01 in the Lot Ledger with the same 56.25 g and purity still unset.

One fictional sample. Prices and values are left out of this illustration; it is not a record from an operating mine.

From observation to field review.

Compare the permit, inspect each change, and take the question to the field.

Result: a sample-area review for Dec 2025 to Jun 2026 with six illustrated areas. A to E sit on a possible southwest–northeast alignment, F is reviewed on its own, and the field team is asked whether the disturbance relates to mining, prospecting or another activity.

Reference imagery: Esri. The study outline, dates and ground changes are illustrative. Field inspection establishes what happened.

Read the sequence
  1. Choose the area and dates. The sample area opens with its study outline. The comparison period moves from Dec 2024 → Dec 2025 to Dec 2025 → Jun 2026. The dates change the label only; no analysis runs.
  2. Swipe across the permit. Dragging the divider across the reference imagery reveals six illustrated ground changes inside the outline.
  3. Inspect each area. Area F is a separate cluster that needs its own review. Area C is a wider disturbance between two smaller clusters.
  4. Take it to the field. The alignment guide marks a possible southwest–northeast line through A to E. The review carries one question to the field team: does this disturbance relate to mining, prospecting or another activity?

Reference imagery: Esri. The ground changes and the alignment are illustrated, not measured findings. Fieldwork establishes what happened.

From gold lot to custody record.

Link the lot to its box and seal, then confirm the assay.

Result: LOT-DEMO-01 packed at 56.25 g, Smartbox SB-DEMO-01 sealed with SEAL-DEMO-01, and assay batch ASY-SB-DEMO-01 confirmed at 90 percent purity and 45 g fine gold.

Read the sequence
  1. Open the lot. LOT-DEMO-01 is already in the Lot Ledger at 56.25 g. Purity is still awaiting assay.
  2. Register the box. Smartbox SB-DEMO-01 is registered to Demo Mine with GPS device GPS-DEMO-01.
  3. Seal and pack. Seal SEAL-DEMO-01 packs that one lot. The pack summary is 1 lot · 56.25 g. The seal does not create a new lot.
  4. Confirm the assay. Batch ASY-SB-DEMO-01 is suggested from the box. 56.25 g goes in, 50 g remains after smelting, and 90% purity computes to 45 g of fine gold.
