Offoué-Centre.

Our flagship project in Gabon brings the Blockdor approach into focus: a commercial commitment today, with a vision for connected site intelligence, operations and gold custody.

01 / CommitmentIn place today

A commitment
already in place.

Blockdor has invested in Offoué-Centre and has a gold streaming agreement in place. This provides a commercial foundation for the next stage of the relationship.

Investment made
Capital committed to the project.
Streaming agreement in place
A commercial relationship linked to future gold production, on the terms defined by the agreement.

The wider application of Blockdor’s technology and hardware at Offoué is a development vision.

02 / EstablishDevelopment vision

Start with
a clear plan.

Agree the responsibilities, site information and operating requirements that will guide the next stage.

Planning the next stageTo agree
  1. 01

    Define the responsibilities.

Establish the roles of Blockdor, the project team and specialist partners.

  2. 02

    Build the site picture.

Bring together agreed boundaries, field information and project requirements.

  3. 03

    Set the operating plan.

Agree the scope, resources and decisions needed to move forward.

A shared basis for the next decision.

03 / ValidateDevelopment vision

Start with a clearer
view of the ground.

Bring satellite observations and field information together to focus inspection, understand activity and identify what needs checking next.

Observe

Review changes across the permit.

Review

Look at patterns and surrounding activity.

Inspect

Focus the questions for the field team.

04 / OperateDevelopment vision

Connect the work.
Keep the record.

The vision for Offoué links the daily shift to the gold lot, then carries the same record into custody and assay.

From shift report to gold lot.

Record the shift. Create the lot. Keep the records connected.

Result: the Production Log source report for Demo Mine, 500 g gross and 56.25 g owed with a View action, above the linked lot LOT-DEMO-01 in the Lot Ledger, 56.25 g, purity awaiting assay, status Available.

Read the sequence
  1. Record the shift. A day-shift report for Demo Mine records 500 g gross. The deal fills the 11.25% NSR rate and the entitlement resolves to 56.25 g.
  2. Confirm production. Saving the confirmed report adds one row — 500 g gross, 56.25 g owed — with Create lot as the next step.
  3. Create the lot. Create Lot opens on that report with a generated, read-only lot code. The lot carries 56.25 g; purity awaits assay. Production totals do not change.
  4. Open the linked record. The report’s action becomes View, which opens LOT-DEMO-01 in the Lot Ledger with the same 56.25 g and purity still unset.

One fictional sample. Prices and values are left out of this illustration; it is not a record from an operating mine.

05 / ExpandDevelopment vision

Build the next stage
on evidence.

Review the field findings, operating records and project requirements before agreeing the scope of further development.

01

Review what the work shows.

Bring the observations and records together.

02

Agree the next scope.

Confirm the priorities, responsibilities and resources.

03

Set the next milestone.

Define the decision and evidence needed to progress.

The journey sets out a development vision. Each stage depends on an agreed scope and responsibilities.
